Surya yantra

Surya yantra is highly beneficial for progress in career, to win over enemies, for leadership skills, cheerful disposition and healthy life energy. It is also recommended for government employees who wish to serve without corruption. It develops a charismatic personality. It bestows name and power and provides wisdom to use it wisely.

Surya is the chief, the solar deity, one of the Adityas, son of Kasyapa and one of his wives Aditi. He has hair and arms of gold. His chariot is pulled by seven horses, which represent the seven chakras. He presides as "Ravi" over "Ravi-var" or Sunday.

In Hindu religious literature, Surya is notably mentioned as the visible form of God that one can see every day. Furthermore, Shaivites and Vaishnavas often regard Surya as an aspect of Shiva and Vishnu, respectively. The Sun is called Surya Narayana by Vaishnavas. In Shaivites, Surya is said to be one of eight forms of Shiva, named the Astamurti. He is said to be of Sattva Guna and represents the Soul, the King, highly placed persons or fathers. Invoking Gayatri Mantra or Aditya Hrudaya Mantra (Adityahridayam) are known to please the Sun God.

Copper is well known for its grasping capacity. It grasps the divine spirit (sattvikta) upto 30%, when compared to other metals. So, copper is considered to be holy & auspicious all the time. How to use Surya Yantra?
1. Place the Yantra facing the East direction of your house or in puja altar.
2. Offer daily incense to the yantra.
3. Offer sandal paste in the center of the Yantra.
4. Offer Prasada (sweet offerings) to the yantra.
5. Chant the Mantra of the Yantra, minimum 11 times.
6. Consume the Prasada.
