• How can I place an order at Vedic Vaani?

1. Visit us on www.vedicvaani.com and select the items you like by clicking on the item, selecting your preferred quantity and finally clicking on "Add to Cart"
2. Choose between "Continue shopping", if you would like to add more items or, "Checkout" if you are done shopping.
3. If you are a new customer, register with your contact details. Otherwise, click on "Already registered" and fill your email and password information to login.
4. Choose your desired payment method and confirm the order. Stay relaxed, we will take care of the rest!

• How do I register?

2. Please complete all fields marked with * accurately
3. Click on Submit.
4. Congratulations! You now have an account and are ready to start shopping!

• What kind of products do you have at Vedic Vaani?

• Does Vedic Vaani guarantee authenticity of its products?

We only sell 100% authentic products at Vedic Vaani. We stand behind the authenticity of every product we sell. All of our products are sourced from authorized distributors and are of premier quality.

• The item I want is out of stock. What do I do?

Although we try to have a stock level that will keep up with expected demand, certain items that are highly popular can exceptionally run out of stock. As stocks continuously change and new products are always being added, please continue to check in to see if we have restocked your desired item or another style like it. You can also send us an email at contact@vedicvaani.com to find about its earliest availability option.

• What if I receive a different item than the one I ordered?

We at Vedic Vaani take extra care to ensure that you receive what you ordered. However, in case of a mistaken shipment, you can always contact our customer service team via the Contact Us section http://www.vedicvaani.com/index.php?route=information/contact to initiate and schedule the return process. Please wait for our email instructions before returning any item.

Cash on Delivery

If you’ve tried to place an order but payment is not being accepted, you can still choose to pay via PayPal or email us at contact@vedicvaani.com and we will suggest alternates. We actually recommend that you check with your bank as well so that your next purchase will be effortless and straightforward.
