Panchapatra & Glass

Panchapatra, a glass like object used during Pujas and Yagnas, is a highly important vessel in Hindu culture. Panchpatra is often used with a spoon like object called as Pali. The pair of Punchpatra and Pali is considered as the gifts to the deities and hence they are kept in front of the god idols before the Pujas and rituals actually start. At Vedic Vaani, you will find a variety of punch patra, glass and Pali made of copper, German Silver and brass. You can store holy water or panchamrit (a mix of 5 sacred liquids) in the Panchapatra. After the Puja, this water or panchamrit is offered as ‘Prasad’ to the worshippers.
