Jai mata di duppata is made up of red velvet cloth. It comes in printed with multiple combinations of holy text "Jai mata di", symbols, chants and deity images in yellowish golden colour. 

A devotee can wear it in many ways. It can be hung around the neck, tied at the forehead while participating in religious events or during yatras to religious places.

It can also be distributed to other devotees on any religious occasions. This duppatas is made from  red velvet cloth,  Jai Mata Di in Hindi is printed on it and has  holy symbols and Picture of Mata printed in yellow colour on it.

Main uses of this duppattes and wearing and offerings
1. Use at the time of seating of pujas usually worn on Shoulders/ neck.
2. Majorly it is tied up on heads or kept on Shoulders worn around neck on occasions like Mata ke chowki, bhagwat Katha and festivals like Navaratri, jayanties etc. 
3. Welcoming guests in spritual occasions, yatras ike vaishnov devi.
4. Distrubitings gifts at bhagawat saptha, mata ke choki, navratra, janmastami, ramnavi.
5. A spiritual gift for welcoming and distrubuting to devotees.
6. Sign of respectness to people at special occasions and poojas.

An ‘Duppata’ or Khesh is draped around the shoulder as a mark of devotion. It is used during puja rituals and ceremonies.
